Overeem Whisky is named after its founder, Casey Overeem, who founded the distillery in 2007 after a long period of research, experimentation and experience in the distilling industry.

Casey set about creating a distillery he believed could produce spirit that was up there with the best in the world, and this is an ambition he has matched – with Overeem now regarded as one of Australia’s finest whiskies.

The company is now operated by Jane Overeem, Casey’s daughter, and her husband Mark, who have maintained the Overeem commitment to high quality and meticulous production.
