A 70% single malt whiskey and 30% single pot still whiskey which is triple distilled, followed by ageing in bourbon casks.

Tasting note: Polished copper. Quite shy in the opening stages, gradually releasing aromas of wood shavings, black peppercorns and after ample aeration, sweet yet understated scents of gobstopper, fresh sawn American oak and dried apple. Breezy, middle weighted palate offers suggestions of oatmeal, honey, caramel and cream tea biscuits followed by a medium long, gently warming, drying aftertaste. 40% Alc./Vol.
