The Lark Distillery Classic Cask Single Malt Australian Whisky (500ml)

Lark Distillery has been going for well over twenty years now. The first ‘Classic Cask’ releases celebrated the distillery’s use of quarter sized casks, although it’s not disclosed as to whether they’re employed to mature this latest iteration. What is known is that it’s meant to be representative of Lark’s ‘house’ style.
