Hand crafted from 100% West Australian grains (Corn Wheat and Barley). Upshot is one of the few Aussie Whiskies replicated a premium bourbon style. Artfully aged in virgin oak in Perth’s urban mediterranean climate, the wood and the fruity new make have already made this dram an award winner.

Remember the ‘Crazy Uncle’ moonshines from several years back? They were prototype ‘bourbons’ made by brothers-in-law, Alasdair Malloch and James McKeown at the East Perth based Whipper Snapper distillery. Now their first extended barrel age whisky has arrived.
